To get behind My Blockade you need to really read this REAL disclosure before passing through my private portals. Entering the next part of my site requires you to read and agree to the following:
General Contract:
You understand and agree that the photo vignettes and commentary
presented here are presented to demonstrate my creativity in
design, layout and writing. The novel presentations that
arise from that are indicative of "The Style of Mistress
Janca." The photos within are not to be used as the
sole reason a sub wishes to apply to me. The ideas put forth are
not to be "harvested" as models for other sites.
Terms applicable to
potential "subs"
The photos presented here depict me some of the types of role play I do. These role plays (and more) are available AFTER your introductory session with me. Hence, you can request them for your second session if you like. The vignettes are a creative visual compendium of me with many different 'looks'. Although the pics are not the best, in general, they demonstrate that I conform to what I say I conform to on my "about Mistress Janca" page: "measurements, 36C, 24, 36, very attractive, black hair, well sculpted features and body". In short, that's true with or without photos.
Terms applicable to other
mistresses or their webmasters:
The stylistic layout here is unique to ME and I wish it to remain
that way. If you are a webmaster or webmistress coming here to
glean ideas from me and incorporate them in to your own site, I
discourage you from using mine to describe yourself. However, I
encourage you to express your own uniqueness in your own way. If
I find copyright infringements, I shall pursue them legally.
Do not use my site as a "boiler plate" on which to model another site, do not incorporate my ideas as if they are yours (or the person you are representing if you are a web designer) by trying to reword my text so it's not 'word for word', and don't mimic my 'style' of presentation. I consider that sort of thing "copycatting" which undermines and dilutes my efforts to differentiate myself from others. If I find that happening, I shall pursue it ethically. If there is something here you wish to borrow or use, ASK MY PERMISSION first please.
Website design, writing, layout, ideologies, humor, idiosyncrasies, stylistic patterns etc. ALL created and put together by ME, Mistress Janca and are all 'on target,' 'congruent' and reflective of my outlook and the 'essence' of ME. In some cases there are GIFs used for illustration from software/shareware programs which I have employed to "pepper" my own layouts. However, this website was not created 'for me' by another. Hence, unlike many other websites designed FOR a mistress by another, the ideas and images conveyed here are REALLY an 'extension' of ME.
I am a firm believer in SELF REPRESENTATION on the web. In a cyber world where mistresses often hire designers and writers to construct the impression they convey (or resort to using material from another), I want you to know that creativity in presentation is not something I 'job out' to others. I think it's more straight forward for you to think what you will by a mistress's OWN presentation rather than to be impressed by something constructed FOR her BY another. Web design is mine. My webmaster does the technical things, like uploading my work to my site and making sure it is compatible and easy loading in most browsers.
Most content in this section is for entertainment value only but so are my sessions. You won't find me to be a heady 'serious' "lifestyle" mistress. This is my form of entertainment. I'm amused by what I do to my subjects and think in terms of BDSM as performance style rather than just a 'lifestyle.' After all, you want someone to PERFORM a craft for you with ease and panache when you are WITH them. That is precisely MY focus.
